Payment methods
Bank Transfer 50% deposit + 50% upon delivery, or full payment at the start of the service; Stripe, Paypal. Installment interest.
Copyright
Commercial use illustrations will receive a license to use the work according to the time, application, and/or print run, as previously agreed. By default, I do not work with royalties — all budget amounts are charged only during the production phase of the illustrations.
Deadline
The deadline may change depending on a) the response time for client approval/review; and b) the lack of information and reference material provided by the client.
Client guarantees
Delivery of high-quality digital material for printing. Participation in the production process: artwork approval and feedback at all key stages. Invoice provided.
Extra fees
I may charge an extra fee of 50% of the quoted amount per revision/item, if necessary, after the artwork has already been defined/completed (except for minor details that do not affect the overall composition).
Cancellation by the client
In the event of cancellation mid-process, after work has begun, the initial deposit will not be fully refunded, in relation to the work already rendered. There is no additional penalty for client cancellation.
Cancellation by the artist
The full amount paid will be refunded.
I reserve the right to decline any requests involving criminal offenses, discrimination against minorities, heavy NSFW/sexual fetishes, and extreme gore depictions.
